(15)	Not Withstanding The Above Mv  Saranya And /Or Owners Do Not Accept Any Responsibility Howsoever Caused To The Late Arrival And / Or Loss Of Surf Boards And / Or Baggage Luggage, Or To Damage Caused To The Above: However Mv  Saranya Ground Handling Agent Will Do All It Can To Get Any Misplaced Boards And / Or Baggage To Mv Saranya At Sea
(16)	The Captain Of Mv Saranya Has The Right To Remove Any Passenger From The Vessel That Endangers, The Well Being Vessel Mv  Saranya Its Saftey Of, Passenger’s And / Or Crew At Any Time In Accordance With Indonesian Law,  It Is A Captial Offence In Indonesia To Use Or To Have On Your Person Any Prohibited Drugs Any Person Processing Prohibited Substances Will Be Refused Aboard Vessel And / Or Removed From Mv Saranya. If There Is Any Issue On Any Surf Break Report The Problem To The Captain And/Or Crew Or Our Western Surf Guide Who Will Investigate The Matter At No Time Must Passenger’s Take Matter’s Into Their Own Hand’s.
